The Saigon Institute of Information Technology (Saigon Tech) has entered into a partnership agreement with Houston Community College System (HCCS) to jointly offer courses for HCCS credit that will apply to the Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degrees in Computer Science Technology and Computer & Information Science Technology.

Implementation of the agreement will involve many individuals at HCCS.

The Computer Science Technology Department will specifically guide Saigon Tech in delivering computer eduaction at their institution that is comparable to that delivered at HCCS. The Computer Science Technology Department Chair, Getachew Haile, travels to Vietnam to observe and evaluate instructions at Saigon Tech.  He Visits with Chancellor Van Sau Nguyen of Saigon Tech, to discuss an maintain the quality of instructions that guarantees student success.
